Deák Palota, as it is called since its revival, was built in 1903. The renovation of the originally residential building was started in August 2003 by Immobilia Ltd

The ground floor and first floor of Deák Palota contains 911 sqm of commercial area altogether.

Offices

Offices are located on six levels and a roof area, on some 3200 sqm altogether.

Cafe

Cafe Deák on the first floor and Roof Garden on the roof-top are open for tenants of the building as well as passers by on the street on every workday.

Conference Room

Deák Palota’s conference room is ideal for business events. Services include catering at request.
