Luxury apartment in the heart of the downtown
Exhibition "Pilgrimage to the infinity" was opened in the newly established branch of the Belgian owned Fortis Bank in Hungary, in Deák Palace, where new pictures of Balogh Ádám painter are shown.
The motto of this first opening exhibition is citation from William Blake: "If the doors of perception were cleansed, everything would appear to man as it truly is, infinite." The look of a child accepting the world as it is, the creating fancy of the adult controlled by emotion, and wisdom of the elder are shown on the canvases. The method of the creator is projection of images developed from the subconscious. He looks for a form for his inner suggestions, and search for way is manifested on his images. The wonder of the picture is its inner content, which appears both in the creator and in the recipient. But for this you have to be present. To stop. Now. And to listen quietly. To live and feel, since arts can the best express the inconceivable and the world. Némethy Andrea - art historian

Luxury apartment in the heart of the downtown
Last year, we have witnessed the succesful resurrection of a representative building. The historical, partly baroque style building was built in 1903. The owner Immobilia Ltd. and the architect Erick van Egeraat Studio’s coproduction have enriched the downtown with an old building reborn. The building was named Deák Palota after its rebirth.
One of the main tasks of the design was to fill the closed inner yard with light. Sunlight is transmitted to lower levels by a slanting glass surface on top of the building. The former inner yard has become a light and spacious atrium, named a “light well” by the designers. All the corridors of the inner yard have a glass wall towards the atrium, and thus let the light through.

Deák Palota, a bright new future
Deák Palota, a development project of Millennium Immobilia Kft planned by the Erick van Egeraat Architectural Planning Office, will soon be ready for occupancy. Situated in the heart of Budapest, the building is located on the pedestrian Street at Deák tér. The building was renovated, while retaining its 'secessionist' motifs, to meet the requirements of 21st-century business life by using high-quality materials and being outfitted with the latest technology.
Pre-contracts have been made for 30% of the building space, and interest from a number of leading foreign companies is increasing. Deák Palota provides an excellent background for market-leading international companies, agencies, law offices and consulting and financial services that have high standards with regard to quality and location.

Lightfountain and historic wall!
We go back some hundred years in history and become storytellers of the rebirth of a typical Budapest Art Nouveau building… Millenium Immobilia Ltd. was looking for the ideal building to house class A offices and luxury stores and has found this former apartment building in Deák Ferenc Street, just next to Hotel Kempinsky. The company’s vision was transformed into drawings by Erick van Egeraat Studio, which later produced the plans for the renovation. The conversion of the building raised various problems. Some of these were completely unexpected like the surpising discovery of the former city walls of the Middle Ages... "We are not building the past but we are rather blending its fine and authentic spirit with a prospective, future oriented environment, " said Imre Horváth, leader of the developer Millenium Immobilia Ltd.
